PERSONAL TRAINING

I believe in a strong, healthy body created through a combination of fat burning and muscle building exercises which are tailored to your body type. When you sign up as a client you’ll improve from session to session with my progression system and I’ll show you how strong you can be. We will work together to achieve your goals, whether you’re looking for increased fitness, improved posture or simply to lose body fat.

  • A training programme tailored to your goals;
  • Custom diet plans and guidance throughout;

I offer hourly one to one sessions from Pinnacle Health & Fitness, in Brunswick Village near Gosforth, NE13 7BA.

I also offer personal training in the great outdoors around Newcastle upon Tyne – we can meet in a location to suit both of us but examples include Jesmond Dene, Armstrong Park, Heaton Park and City Stadium park.

PRICE LIST

1-2-1

  • £120 for 4 sessions (£30 per session)
  • £220 for 8 sessions (£27.50 per session)
  • £300 for 12 sessions (£25 per session)

Couples

  • £200 for 4 sessions (£25 each per session)
  • £360 for 8 sessions (£22.50 each per session)
  • £440 for 12 sessions (£20 each per session)

Small Group Training

  • Great opportunity to kick-start your fitness journey and meet new people;
  • Personalised macros and nutrition guidance;
  • Closed programme;
  • Maximum of 10 people;
  • Four sessions a week;
  • Class and Gym membership at Pinnacle Health & Fitness;
  • £118 for 6 weeks.
