I believe in a strong, healthy body created through a combination of fat burning and muscle building exercises which are tailored to your body type. When you sign up as a client you’ll improve from session to session with my progression system and I’ll show you how strong you can be. We will work together to achieve your goals, whether you’re looking for increased fitness, improved posture or simply to lose body fat.

Expect to receive:

  • A pre-screening consultation;
  • A training programme tailored to your goals;
  • Custom diet plans and guidance throughout;
  • Support via a preferred method of contact i.e. text/email/Facebook

I offer hourly one to one sessions in the great outdoors around Newcastle upon Tyne – we can meet in a location to suit both of us but examples include Jesmond Dene, Armstrong Park, Heaton Park and City Stadium park.

My prices are:

  • £150 for 5 sessions (£30 per session)
  • £275 for 10 sessions (£27.50 per session)
  • £375 for 15 sessions (£25 per session)
