Instructions
  1. Coat chicken in spices and grill breasts whole, turning a couple of times.
  2. Add coleslaw ingredients together in a large bowl
  3. Mix dressing ingredients and mix into slaw
  4. Divide spinach and slaw between two containers/bowls.
  5. Sliced chicken and serve over the coleslaw mix.
